Free shipping on every US order

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No minimum order and no first-order-only catch.

Delivery time

Free Standard Shipping: orders are delivered within 2–3 business days in the United States (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.
Express Shipping: available at checkout for a flat $15 within the US.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays and peak seasons can add a few days.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to select international destinations (including Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and Japan) — international rates are calculated at checkout by USPS or DHL Express, and any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we can usually fix it before the order ships. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at goodpawlab@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll replace it or refund it in full.
