The Happy Dog Guarantee

Every GoodPaw Lab order is backed by our 30-day Happy Dog Guarantee. If a formula isn't right for your dog — they won't eat it, it didn't agree with them, or you simply changed your mind — email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

You don't need to ship an opened jar back to us. Just tell us what happened.

How to request a refund

Email goodpawlab@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We reply within one business day with next steps.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra business days for the funds to appear.

Returns by mail

Opened, lightly used or unopened jars can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free — we'll email you a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee. Please contact us first so we can send your label — packages sent back without contacting us can't be processed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it in full.

Bundle and multi-jar orders

Jars bought with our Buy More & Save discount are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. Refunds are issued for the amount you actually paid for each item.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save deliveries are covered by the same guarantee. You can pause, skip or cancel future deliveries at any time — see our Subscription & Cancellation policy.

Items we can't refund

Gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. Want to switch to a different formula? Let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid return label and ship the new formula.
